I feel like I went MIA for awhile but I’m back and excited for 2012. I started with a new company in October and had to go though some of their company training. I also am in the middle of writing a book. There were the holidays and a vacation to Florida. But I’m back and I can tell you that last year I only lost 10 pounds but I also put on muscle since I was lifting weights about 4 days a week. I have got myself back on track again now and plan to get the rest of this weight off in 2012, NEVER NEVER GIVE UP. My trainer asked if he could make a video with me in it and just posted a couple of U-Tube Videos on my Face-Book Page.
