It's the first Saturday in 2012!

Wow, I'm coming well on my healthy eating and workout goals this year. I went to they gym this morning and had my workout. I'm not going to lie, it is so, so hard for me not to indulge in the food that I normally eat. I'm craving all types of stuff but I'm going to push through it.
