These are not good results so my goal is to continue to improve and check back each month to see how I am progressing. I am not sure if the heart rate portion is completely accurate.

    This is great! If you haven't already, have you thought about looking into a Heart Rate Monitor? I use mine every day to track my hear rate zones as well as my calorie burn. Keep up the good work!
