Today I'm sitting here dreading my workout because strength training is on the agenda. Cardio is easy (or at least easier) for me. But I've been reading so many articles about how important strength training is, and how it is the key to improving metabolism and gaining definition. For motivation, I read this article about a 74 year old woman that runs 10 miles a day and competes in bodybuilding competitions:
Although I do not have aspirations of becoming a bodybuilder, her discipline and dedication is inspiring. On to my workout!
