On my way

Well I made it through 2 more days of the January challenge. Including the 30 minute cardio. It wasn't easy getting out of bed, turning on the computer and/or TV and working with Nicole, but I self-talked my way forward. I've been faithfully tracking my food even when I wasn't eating totally healthy (but I'm glad to know that Pizza is a vegetable!) Isn't it amazing how many ways you can take good healthy vegetables and make the resulting dish not so healthy! It's true, tracking your food does make you more aware of what you are eating and makes you want to do better. So although I slipped a few times in my meals and my cardio, I am encouraged that I can succeed. I'm glad Spark People is still going strong and free to help me in my journey once again. So welcome me back and wish me luck, I'm ready to continue my journey to better health.
