This past month I read the book "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin and in this book she creates Twelve Commandments for her self. Every month she would work on one of the commandments to become happy. It got me thinking and I'm going to create Twelve Commandments of Becoming Healthy. I'm planning on every week to work on one of the commandments to help create a healthier me. I'll try and keep you updated every week on how my Ten Commandment plan works!

Twelve Commandments
1. Be Fast
2. Be Strong
3. Be Mindful
4. Be Flexible
5. Nourish Thy Body
6. Be Financial Savvy
7. Love Thyself
8. Be Less of a Drunk
9. Keep Track of Thy Food Intake
10. Spend Time With Thy Friends and Family
11. Be Less Stressed
12. Last But Not Least Be Me aka Be Karissa
