Zumbro 100 Training Blog: Week 8

The diet is dead. But i have kept major portions of it in my regular rotation now. I eat beans and rice every day. Have a salad almost every day (maybe every 1.5 days). And eat fruits and veggies every day. SO that is great. Just reporting miles this week and not paces as it was an easy week. Was stupid and played basketball wednesday night and tweaked my knee a bit but seem to be alright. Thanks for reading and have a great week.
