Well I passed up my term 1 goal to reach 275. I got on the scale today thinking it was wrong when it said, 265. I was like wait a minute I got off then back on then off then back on lol. I had my oldest daughter get on the scale because I knew she weight 63 back in Decemebe it said 64 pounds so I'm like ok. I get back on it shows still 265. I was like wait a minute is this sure, but then I thought about it I haven't weight myself since Nov 28, 2011 so this can be REAL. I don't like to get on the scale much, due that I don't like to keep over thinking the numbers and just watch my clothes fall off and become loose. But, I'm joining into this Biggest Loser challenge in one of the groups on here and they weight in weekly. Its going to be hard for me to do to weight in so much, but I want and need that support of other women that is going through the same thing I am with losing weight. So I thought what the heck, I might as well go for it.
I can pat myself on the back for going food shopping and not over during it on things I dont need. I stay with getting healthier food. My very first time in the fruits and vegs isle for longer then 5 minutes. I'm used to just getting letture and tomatoes, but I went to get more and more. LOVED THAT.
I also crockpot one of the SP's recipes on here it was mushroom beef stew something lol. It was great, I added mushrooms and green bellpeppers. I'm not a mushroom gal, but it was good!! Will have to make that more often.
So like I said, I'm ready and working on what I need to work on. Getting in 6 to 8 hours of sleep no eatting after 9pm getting in plenty of water not 8 glasses at least not yet. but up to 5 so far. No sodas and more sticking to fruits and vegs.
I went Speical K overboard at the store with the bars and chips, but they had a great sale 4 for 10 dollars. I need to be able to eat something that taste good so I wont have to go back to unhealthy eatting and the speical K bars really are good. Tried the chips yesterday for the first time love them. :)
Oh also got in 40 minute workout this morning woke up at 7:30am yes on a Saturday and worked out. Did the WATP with dumbells so got that complete.
OKAY enough about me let me get some house work done and crochet some orders that I'm behind on. Smooches!!! :)
