The first one in the new year. Except for last Sunday I managed to stay within my calorie range. And except for Thursday, I did a little exercise every day. A bit more than at 'little bit' yesterday. It was noticeable that I had hardly done anything for 4 weeks. I even had to go back to first gear for while, and I was completely pooped when I got home. That there was a lot of wind, didn't exactly help matters.

I really do want to get back into lifting, but to be honest I'm quite scared of the Doms I can expect. I am a slow healer and sometimes I'm sore for up to a week. I bought a extra strong multivitamin + extra strong vitamin C. They don't work on the shelf though, maybe a good idea to make a note in the control journal, or some other place I will look at every morning. I still have to take them for today.
