Ouch, I haven't blogged since last September...
I actually got up this morning and cooked a healthy breakfast. Here it is!
So, what have we got?
1 grapefruit (my all-time-favorite winter fruit) - 74 calories
1 large hard boiled egg - 70 calories
3 slices of turkey bacon - 105 calories
1 slice of Sara Lee Multigrain bread - 45 calories
A tiny little skiff of butter (.5 pat) - 18 calories
Grand total - 312 calorie breakfast that is super yummy, packed with protein-17 grams, and I am powered up for the day! (Sodium's a little high, 1043, has to be the bacon. Gotta work on that.)
