Kickin' January, overcoming excuses thus far

I think the guy on Dr.Oz was "Get Ripped in 10 minutes a day' and he really drove home the fact one has to do something 6 days out of 7 to get where you want to be. (on DoctorOz.com there is a video with a 10 minute work out, I haven't tried it yet but it looks like fun!)
