New Year Check-In

My best friend and I have agreed to be fitness buddies! Being that we live far away from each other we started a WordPress blog as a way to keep each other motivated. I guess you can say it's our own take on checking in. Below are some of my "highlights" for today:
-Weighed in at 175lbs. That is a gain of about 15 lbs since my last April/May weigh in.
-I've been keeping a food journal to examine my eating patterns. The most difficult has been cutting back on cheese and desserts/chocolate (two of my faves!)
-Today I walked 2.5 miles because I was too chicken to go running again on the treadmill.
1. Lose 45 lbs by December 25th, 2012
-Lose 1st 10lbs by February 27th, 2012
-Lose 2nd 10lbs by June 1st, 2012
-Lose 3rd 10lbs by October 31st 2012
2. Run 9 miles by September 1st, 2012
-Run 3 miles by March 1st, 2012
-Run 6 miles by June 1st, 2012
3. Complete the 100 push ups challenge by March 31st, 2012
4. Learn to do a pull-up
