Back to the gym

I don't know what my problem is......I do enjoy a good work out and I enjoy lifting heavy weights and being so sore two days later! Yet I have gotten out of the routine and was intimidated to again walk in the gym doors. So I joined another gym that has more of what I'm looking for and is not full of a bunch of co workers. Finally got up the nerve to go last night and I really enjoyed it. They have an elevated running track which is what I want to use and it was really nice. Plus I forgot that they have water aerobics which I enjoy too!
