Protein *sigh*

I consistently do not get enough protein per my daily nutrition feedback reports.

I really don't like meat much so I eat little of it. I do try to compensate with yogurt and beans. I love peanut butter but hate all the calories. Protein bars and shakes give me horrible stomach aches so I avoid them.

This week my goal was to get enough protein everyday. I didn't even hit 60 grams once. ugh.

I am surprised how hard it is for me. I expected to feedback about too many carbs or too much fat.


Guess I will be posting to the message boards for advice because my efforts have failed.

Any suggestions?

    I have been eating lots of protein powder (whey, not soy) with skim milk. It is my biggest challenge too, but the shakes make a good afternoon snack. cottage cheese is another option, and balance/zone/luna protein bars for breakfast also help.
