Day 5 - Doing better today

Well, I had a few extra minutes last night so I spent time adding the food I like to eat to my 'favorite foods' so that I won't have to add them later when I may not have time. Wow! To see the contents of the food - other than fat can really be sobering!! I liked the Smart Ones from Weight Watchers, but know they are loaded with salt. I am trying to eat more things that have more flavor and less salt. I found a company Penzey's www.penzeys.com
that has a huge catalog of spices, etc that makes cooking a pleasure. I'm also trying to prepare some foods ahead of time so they are ready-to-go when I need them.
