This fall I slowly put on weight. I know I wasn't as active as I should have been & was exetremely stressed out. I was finishing up my Master's program which included a practicum that required a lot of hoop jumping, plus a class. I was okay with the weight gain as it still was within my goal range.

Then we went to my parents for New Years. They cook way different then I do, think meat & potatoes, pancakes & sausage every morning, plus they tend to use a lot of salt. So my weight shot way up, almost to where I started. I'm hoping that most of the weight is water retention that will quickly slide off.

Anyway, I'm starting over, but this time I'm back were I started, weight wise.
