Big Zero, New Plan

SO far it's a zero on getting to bed on time. Another zero (then) on getting to the pool before work. sigh.

I just read a blog on the elliptical trainer, and I'm thinking since the pool seems like death (I don't understand that yet. But I am sad), I'll try the gym at my condo before work. Seems like a duh!

My goal is to use the mini gym, starting tomorrow before work. And I'm going out on a limb here by not punishing myself by saying I have to go every morning, but shoot for 2x a week(better than the current zero).

    I too am struggling getting up to do my morning workout but if I don't get it done early, it tends to not get done at all. Keep us posted on how it goes.

    I have fallen behind in my exercise since the Christmas holiday and all the food. I have started to walk again but with the real cold weather and wind I can't go out every day. Today I did a 30 minute walk because it was about 40 degrees and no wind nice to be out. I was walking 26,000 steps and 16 miles so I am way behind. I just got my weight set so I will start that. Stay happy and healthy with exercise and eating right. Learn something new every day. God bless you always.

    You can do it and yes that is a very good start. Before you know it you will wonder what you did before you started exercising.
