Close your eyes and think back to one of those "end of the world" type movies you have seen.....I always picture "Mad Max"

(DD likes “Water World” better! LOL!).

What body condition are these people in? The weak ones are too frail or too fat. Never mind the reason for the defect; either one.....a death sentence. The smart people run the show, regardless of body condition; (typically they have hired minions to handle the dirty work) usually they have the money or are at least well taken care of in whatever situation. The fit ones are the "second in command"; “Minions’” or “Trophy” types. They are around as a support to the hierarchy.

The truly STRONG ones, the people who are lean mean machines are the FREE ONES! The ones that do things their own way and survive on their own terms. They have dedication, heart, perseverance, drive, determination…..

350 days....
what can you accomplish in 350 days if you put your mind to it?!

The "Title" of my blog says what I'm going for! Not that i completely believe in all that end of the world stuff; but still..... I don't want to be the plumper that has the most "meat" on her! Haha!! Thats not the kind of “ohHH she looks good”, lip licking I want the boys to be doing! LOL!

350 days.......
if you’re reading this, seriously.....i want to know, reply and tell me! What do you think you can "HONESTLY" accomplish in that amount of time? With complete dedication; to insure that you get as damn close as possible to your goal on day 350?

this was an awesome day! Got up, did my hour zumba, the dishes, started the laundry, was out the door on time with hair and make-up looken good!! Did my two 15 min walks with the pup; even did zumba moves at my desk throughout the day when a snappy song came on the radio.....thank GOD i nobody saw me! LOL! Got home from work, put on my tennies and took off for a walk/jog with my doggie.....did an hour!! WOOHOO!! Felt amazing! I enjoy jogging so much! Don't get me wrong it HURTS and is painful....but I love it! I'm sure I look more like this.....

But still........IT FEELS AMAZING! LOL!

Did my AM Zumba, straightened up the house a bit and again left with hair and make-up DONE! NICE!!! Got to work early so i took a 15 min walk around with Maggie and threw the ball....made my arm and abs sore! Threw that damn ball with strength, engaging my core! Even did "deep breathing"! OUCH!

Have you ever tried it? I mean really breathing deeply in....using as much of your lug capacity as you slowly and COMPLETELY (don't just use your nose), then out slooooooly and completely. If you hold your core in and tight (like someone is pulling a string on your back that is coming from your belly button), add in strong arm , leg, or side reaching movements......
YOU WILL BE AMAZED!!! You can do this ANYWHERE!!!!!

NOW BREATHE!!!!!!!!!
