Doing Pretty Good If Only Back Wasn't So Sore

Did well with my water today; drank 5, 24 ounce glasses of it. And I left some coffee in the pot. Also had around nine vegetables and fruit. Only missed one day of taking my pills too. Got exercise in early going to find some more strength exercises for my back before i go to bed. It is still sore yet.
