The Challenge is Motivating Me

I joined two challenges in January, because I am SERIOUS about losing this weight. I joined the SP Official January Jumpstart Challenge and the Alabama January Jumping Jamboree Challenge. Before these challenges I never exercised on Wednesdays because that is a very long day at work for me (11 hours). I didn't leave work until 8ish, but since I committed to the challenges, I came home, changed into exercise clothes and got in my 30 minutes of cardio. I did the Alabama Daily Exercise at lunch, and the January Jumpstart Day 6 video right before dinner. I was interrupted, but I finished it!
I feel so much better physically and I feel so much better since I exercised.
I have to travel Thursday - Saturday so I don't know what I'll be able to do. I exercised extra earlier in the week, so I'll still be on track!
