Help with my nutrition tracker

Picking all my foods from tracker but still under my calorie amount how is that possible? I eat 2 snacks, but I noticed final snack totals look blank. Please look at my nutrition food list I am new at all this.

Walked 60 min today almost did not go glad hubby encouraged me to go. If you use nutrition tracker respond I would love to compare lol. emoticon

    Hey Lady, did someone help you with your questions? If not, I will try to help you. According to Spark, what is your daily nutritional goal? After I looked at your daily tracker, I didn't see where you had dinner. I think if you add those calorie the count will go up.

    As for me I actually learned how to cook during my weight loss phase. I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner daily in the beginning. Then I started batch cooking once I truly figured what I was doing. I measured and weighted EVERYTHING before I cooked it. That's what worked for me but everyone is different.

    I am having trouble with it too. Is there a tech person that we can talk to in order to learn how to use the system better? emoticon

    It looks ok to me. what are your nutrition goals?

    good for you on the walking. sometimes the best exercise is the ones we force ourselves to participate in.
