Week One

I know why I have failed at losing weight in the past....I was concentrating on all the weight I have to lose...(105lbs). I need to take it week by week. Now why did I not figure this out sooner....DUH! I am glad that the light bulb has finally gone on in my head.

My goal for this week is to stay on track....log all of my fitness and nutritional entries.

    Thanks Fitnfunjen. That's what it's all about this year...taking big goals and chopping them up to achieve them. It's like eating a piece of chicken or wouldn't put the whole thing in your mouth, you would cut it up into bite size pieces... emoticon

    You can do this! Sometimes I take it day by day. Short term goals are really helpful too. Take a look at your vision and goals and you will be successful if you keep working at it!

    Mini goals are awesome! If you do it pound by pound or week by week, it really does help you not to get overwhelmed.
