I know why I have failed at losing weight in the past....I was concentrating on all the weight I have to lose...(105lbs). I need to take it week by week. Now why did I not figure this out sooner....DUH! I am glad that the light bulb has finally gone on in my head.
My goal for this week is to stay on track....log all of my fitness and nutritional entries.
