Okay so alittle up date on the kettle bells.. I mentioned some months ago that I was starting to try them.. & I did the first two times were tough.. and then I got busy with the holidays and didn't try them for awhile well last night I went back to them and woo wee it is a workout!! Gets the heart a pumping and the body a sweating lol
So far I give it 2 thumbs up.. I did the warm up and work out 1 & 2( had to modified a few of the moves) and then the cool down.. 40 minutes worth. The only thing I would say is if you have knee, ankle or back problems or anything else this might would flare those problems up.. me ... weak knees and ankles but not to bad that I will stay away from it. Not so far anyways lol Okie doke so there's the up date for now!
