Goals for 2012:
Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day
Eat 4 or more servings of freggies per day
Exercise - mix it up as needed
~ Do strength training at least 2x per week
~ Do cardio at least 3x per week
Do better with tracking both food and exercise here on Spark.
