OK sooo as I have said before I really dont like these diet pills and supplements but I am going through a really big phase of beilieving in that something has got to help start off the whole loss in a big way. I would really love your tips good and bad with things you have tried. I am trying to keep myself away from the acai berry for the simple fact that there is such hype over it..maybe I will just stick with an acai juice?? and zantex is definetly out, now hearing of people having liver problems with it..I dont want to make my body worse just better! So with that being said please give me your info on any good and safe supplements or especially colon cleanses that you have tried short term just to kick off the original weight loss if there is such a thing as good and safe haha! I understand that there is so much out there against these things and I am just going through a tough phase probably but I would really really like something to give faster than whats been giving! I hear lots of good about doing a colon cleanse :) HAPPY 2012

I've tried the 14 day Acai berry cleanse supplement and the Slim Quick 7 day cleanse.. which I liked alittle better but its gotten hard to find around here. They both work.. I experienced alittle cramping and gas pains but nothing too bad. I won't say it made any huge difference weight wise.. no more than 2 to 3 lbs with the acai.. and its been so long ago that I had the Slim quick cleanse I don't remember how much I lost with it.. but it wasn't a huge amount. I m with you on not liking diet pills or such but every once in awhile if and when I slip up on my diet like around holidays and you just feel so bloated and full all the time... I do a cleanse. Hope it helps. If you find one that works better please let me know!!!
