January 2012 WorkOut Schedule
I have planned my work outs for January. It's on paper for me to see, on SP for you to see and I even posted it on Facebook with my friends. I have 7 weeks left till the Disney Princess HM and I need to get ready for the race...even thou its just a fun race for me and friends, I still need mileage. I follow the Jeff Galloway Method 3/1 run/walk intervals and I love running this way. Its cold and dark here in Jersey in the early mornings (I work out 5-7 am) so if I dont do it outside, I have have to run on the treadmill, which is so so not my favorite!
I will post my work outs daily and I started tracking my food on SP. I even have the SP app on my phone so I have no reason to miss charting my calories and work outs!
