Getting Back on Track

I have just completely blown my diet over the holiday break. I am now ready to get back on track. I have felt just terrible the whole time. Too full to even enjoy the food I was eating. Why do I do this to myself.
Well it is time to be 'good' again. My goal is a modest one. I would like to loss ten pound within the next year.
I will accomplish this my eatting ~1300 calories a day until I do. I also need to plan a workout routine to aid in my weight loss.
