New Years Goal Setting

OK, it's the obligatory goal setting blog that everyone does at the beginning of the year. I have lots of goals this year and right now they don't seem possible. But I know this is just me being down on myself and depressed right now. I weighed myself last night... 159.4 pounds. Damn. Well, it's a starting point, right?

So here are the health and fitness related goals for this year:
-Run a 5k without walking
-Complete three 5k races
-Complete two 10k races
-Complete at least 1 half marathon (maybe the disneyland half in September?)
-Wear a bikini in public without feeling like a freak
-Reach and maintain a healthy BMI
-Cut out white grains, white rice, and sugar
-Eat real food (no weird additives, colorings, flavorings, etc)
-Cook one new recipe each week

Here are the non-health and fitness related goals for the year:
-Buy a house (not a condo)
-Get Project+ certified
-Learn web development technologies
-Become fluent in Spanish
-Finish 1 quilt or sewing project each month

Here's to the new year. Let's see how many goals I can meet.

OH! I need to figure out what my prizes are for each goal met. Thinking.... suggestions?
