I just wrote a whole blog, my internet froze and everything got wiped! frustrating to the max.
so, to give you the short version. Massive weight gain over xmas, have put it in the past, today is a new day = kicking those sugar cravings to the curb :)
read an article called The Fat Trap:
which helps to explain why I put on weight at the drop of a hat after losing 40lbs. seriously, I thought it was bad before, now just ONE meal with carbs in it can totally derail me for the week. Hugely demotivating.
Aims for the week:
drink 5litres of water each day
lose 10lbs this week
get back on the treadmill
no sugar in anything! this means no processed food, no sauces, not even bread.
