So, I gained a pound and a half since Dec 20th, the last time I weighed myself, and I'm six pounds away from the goal I had set for myself for Jan 1.


On the plus side, I swam today and spent 35 minutes on the treadmill.

And ate well, within my limits. So, hopefully next Monday the scale will be nicer to me!!

    If it makes you feel any better, I'm up too thanks to too much indulging over the holidays. Good job with the good food and exercise though! We'll be back at our pre-Christmas weights in no time!

    Not meeting a goal is disheartening. The goal is still there to be met, just set a new timeline and move are one day closer to that goal with the exercise you did today. Don't beat yourself up...move on! Cheering for you! emoticon
