2012 Healthy Resolutions

Resolution 1: Break my addiction to Diet Doctor Pepper
Resolution 2: Eat dinner at the table as a family at least twice a week
Resolution 3: Plan the meals for the week every weekend
Resolution 4: Get at least 10 minutes of cardio every day
Resolution 5: Pile on the veggies
Resolution 6: Up my fiber intake
Resolution 7: Eat more Omega-3s
Resolution 8: Rein in the white foods (cut back the highly processed flour and sugar)
