I am always blown away by the positive energy I get from my fellow sparkers!!! thank you guys so much for pushing me to be the best me I can be!!!
Here are my Goals for 2012!!! Some are long term some are short term..
Scale Goals -
Get out of the 270's by 1/31
Get out of the 260's by spring break
Reach my goal weight of 242 this year - My target is 4/12/12 My one year sparkversary but as long as I hit it this year I will check it as met!
Endurance/Cardio Goals -
Walk 10 miles... (carryover)
Walk 11 miles...(Carryover)
Complete my first official 5k
Complete my first official 10k
Complete my first official half marathon
Run a 10 minute mile
Strength Goals -
Be able to bench press 10 reps of my body weight
Be able to squat 10 reps of my body weight
Be able to dead lift 10 reps of my body weight
Monthly Goals -
Walk up 500 flights of stairs
do 2000 bicep curls
do 2000 tricep extensions
Personal goals -
Visit 2-3 new countries (Italy, Spain and hoping to hit one more this year)
Play in a world series of poker event
Learn to swim
So there you have it... Will try to update these monthly to check off progress and add new short term goals!!!
