Great list of goals. It gives you something to aim for, while smaller goals to keep you motivated. never want to fail at the list, but also don't want to finish, and have no more goals.

Hope 2012 is even better than 2011.

Excellent list you have there. You have become a physical machine, the Terminator of exercise!
With the bench and deadlift goals I suggest checking out the book "Power to the People" by Pavel Tsatsouline. Really good book basically all about the bench and deadlift and how to improve them. This guy introduced kettlebells to the USA and was a physical instructor to Russian special forces, he knows his stuff. Find his books and videos at
As for maximizing squats, anything from "Dr. Squat"; Dr. Fred Hatfield. He is a squat master.
For the swimming goal, find a body of water bigger than a bath tub and jump in! Sink or swim baby!!!
Best of luck to you with your goals in 2012

I love, love, LOVE how healthy and inspiring your checklist for this coming year is! You're positively a brilliant and extraordinary person, and I am sure that we - your fellow Sparkers - gain as much or more from your positivity and light as you receive from each of us.

Best wishes to you, as always, on your journey to good health and personal happiness, Chris!
