Jan Goals & what I would like to accomplish this year

10-12 glasses a day if not more!
an hour a day 7 days a week
an hour a day 4 days a week
limit sweets to one a week
eat healthier every day
once a week
once a month
try for atleast once a week
get up at 8 am every morning (if not earlier)
sign on and track everyday
take my vitamins everyday
Goals for 2012
~ Eat Healthier
~ stay on top of things alittle better
~ continue to find new ways to make me a stronger and healthier person all around
~ Learn to have alittle more patience
~Learn to not worry about what others say or do.. and be less judge mental of myself and others!!
~Learn that some things just can't and don't have to be perfect!
~Find the woman in me... I know this sounds crazy, but I got lazy when I became a housewife. baggy shorts or yoga pants and baggy Tshirts are my norm, and I hate that. I'm ready to find my femininity again. or for me maybe for the first time ever!!! ( Thanks LISADHARPER1 for reminding me of this one and the last one!)
~Put more into my house, I want to get more organized
