The New Year

Monday, January 02, 2012

I think it is funny that every year people continue to make New Year's Eve resolutions and then the next day when they are faced with change more than 75% of people fail. It is really hard to become motivated when you know that you have failed and turning it around after failing is also a challenge. That is why this year I set a pretty vague resolution of "becoming healthier" so that way I have many options of how I can become healthier...I can work out an extra time at the gym a week, drink one can of soda a day or none at all, sleep more...etc...I want this year to be different in my life-I want to make a significant lifestyle change that will allow me to be healthier!! So here is to new beginnings.
