Well i look back to Aug 2011 when i started this journey, and although not where i wanted to be by this time, I just keep going, whether we lose big or little, its our own determination that sets that pattern. I am proud of myself for sticking to a weight training program for this long, only took a break when i was sick. I know until i get the snacking under control, the pounds coming off will be a struggle. The new year brings new challenges and struggles to deal with, but i am striving to keep a open mind and positive outlook. Trying to get healthier will never hurt me only make my life better. Good luck to all in the New Year.
