The First Day Of The Year...

Today started out really good, I'm ok with it. Been home for a while, Now it is time to go back to work. This is good too. However I wonder how I will do, yet I'm not stressing about it.

I had to much stress the last month of last year, One of my goals is to bring those level back down. at the same time keeping focus on making healthier food choices including getting back to drinking that water like I should. I,m still much better from that strain in my back that caused problems for me walking. It has improved really well. So I will slide back into any exercise that I can do.

I know that I'm going to see some progress this year. Here's to wishing everyone a great year.

    Stress is a killer & I have always felt that 95% of my health problems were directly related to my weight...bad knees, weak back (no muscle tone). When I started walking & joined the SP program...everything got better...even my stress level...Take care...
