What?? it's a new year already?? Where did the old one go? I guess that time flies when you're having fun??
Well, my weigh-in this morning wasn't fun... Up another pound which makes the grand total for 2011 --- wait for this ---- drum rollllllllllll--- 2 pounds down...
Shoulda, coulda, woulda done better...
Actually, I would have done better if my attitude was better. I just didn't want to put in the effort. I started a few times to get in some exercise, but after a few days i'd crap out on it.
I have been doing some core exercises fairly regularly but the cardio has pretty much gone by the wayside. Sooo --- goals for this next week.
At least five minutes of cardio at least three times this week.
Core work at least three times this week.
64 oz of water a day.
Cut down on the snacks at work that are nutritionally empty.
Cut down on the diet soda.
Continue the clutter clearing.
