What?? it's a new year already?? Where did the old one go? I guess that time flies when you're having fun??

Well, my weigh-in this morning wasn't fun... Up another pound which makes the grand total for 2011 --- wait for this ---- drum rollllllllllll--- 2 pounds down...

Shoulda, coulda, woulda done better...

Actually, I would have done better if my attitude was better. I just didn't want to put in the effort. I started a few times to get in some exercise, but after a few days i'd crap out on it.

I have been doing some core exercises fairly regularly but the cardio has pretty much gone by the wayside. Sooo --- goals for this next week.

At least five minutes of cardio at least three times this week.

Core work at least three times this week.

64 oz of water a day.

Cut down on the snacks at work that are nutritionally empty.

Cut down on the diet soda.

Continue the clutter clearing.

    Why is it so hard to get motivated? Is it because it's winter and days are so short? (it's not because it's cold, it got up to 58ยบ today, but too windy to get outside)

    I think most of us are starting over. It's a good, fresh feeling, sort of like your snowflake background on your SP page here! Makes you believe anything is possible

    My weigh in is Tuesday at T.O.P.S. and I know it will not be good. Ended the year with 14 pounds down. Have to get back on track 35-40 more to go but I will change things slowly like get to aqua fit atleast once a week. emoticon
