2012: Week 1 SMART Goals

SMART Goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely
Nutrition: eat within calorie limit, stay within range on p/c/f (protein/carbs/fats), drink 8 glasses of water, 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies (daily).
Fitness: walk/run a minimum of one mile (daily), modified 5FF for strength/resistance (5x week).
Motivation: Read My Utmost For His Highest devotion and One Year Bible Daily Entry (daily).
Accountability: Participate in Just Do It Team Challenge, blog twice regarding progress (2x week).
