New Year, New Me

Sunday, January 01, 2012

Wow, as I look forward to this new year I see so many new opportunities set before me.

The first is that I am goimg to try to make more of an effort to get back on the computer and be more active on SparkPeople. I have been a bit lax over this past year and I want to change that.

I have recently introduced a new friend to spark and we are committed to working the program together. We are meeting five mornings a week to walk or workout, so this is huge. I really do much better when I have someone to buddy up with and keep me accountable. We have some other things we are working on together also, such as Bible study and personal growth.

This is definitely a win/win situation for both of us!

Thank you Lord for providing just what I needed when I needed it!

I hoope to blog about some of my other interesting opportunities as I progress along my journey!

To be continued . . ..

I do not have anyone in person to take this journey with but every month or so Kendra (JUSTDUCKY1405) coordinates a two week Facebook challenge that keeps us accountable every day. Sure makes it easier knowing we have others to track our progress with. Wishing you much success and happiness this year. -- Lou

I definitely agree about having a buddy. I wish I could find one. That is one thing I will be working on this year. I hope you and your family have a wonderful New Year.
