Couch to 5k #1.1

Inspired by it being the New Year and all, I completed Couch to 5k #1.1 and continued to walk for a total of 3.1 miles/50 minutes/264 calories. Whew! And now my husband and I are going to throw away all the crap food we accumulated in 2011. :)
