My first set of goals for 2012

I decided that I need to make smaller goals so that they are more attainable and will keep me focused.
My first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight.
My second goal is to make sure that I drink 100oz of water a day.
My third goal is exercise daily for at least 15-30 min.
My fourth goal is to follow my healthy eating plan.
My fifth goal is to be accountable to myself and my teammates and sparkfriends!
