My first set of goals for 2012

I decided that I need to make smaller goals so that they are more attainable and will keep me focused.

My first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight. emoticon

My second goal is to make sure that I drink 100oz of water a day. emoticon

My third goal is exercise daily for at least 15-30 min. emoticon emoticon

My fourth goal is to follow my healthy eating plan. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My fifth goal is to be accountable to myself and my teammates and sparkfriends!
