I typed my goals into Cozi and can't copy/paste them so I pic'd them ... hopefully the picture will come out here.
One explanation I think is in order... I have on my list to brush my teeth every day that's an "even" number... yes this means every other day. I read an article once that said that modern tooth brushing was detremental to teeth, (after researching and finding substanciating articles) and because I HAVE REALLY GOOD TEETH GENES I decided to experiment. Lo and behold, my dental visits have been even BETTER not brushing my teeth daily! This is NOT likely to be okay for everyone because like I said I have really good dental genes. It obviously is also not recommended by dentists! But, since it is working for me, that's what I'm doing! I do floss regularly and rinse my mouth out and note I do not drink a lot of soda or eat sugary or acidic stuff so that undoubtedly has something to do with it as well.
Also, some folks might look at my list and go... uh, yeah, not exactly pushing yourself there! That is because I'm coming out of a nearly year long depression that I keep having little slide backs (like over the holidays) in to and am dealing with fibromyalgia and back issues as well as a low immune system, hypothyroidism and other issues that make long lasting or heavy handed action impracticle for me. Baby steps are the best way for me to advance both physically and mentally/psychologically.
OOPS!! I forgot to put my stress reliever/me time/balancing goal on here! I am also planning to spend at least 10 minutes every day meditating in some manner :)
