Off to a great start

I really want to get control of my health in 2012. I was at goal weight at the beginning of 2011 but now I am almost 16 pounds heavier. I started 2012 with a brisk walk for 45 minutes and 40 minutes of ping pong with my DH. I've eaten right and plan to do a 10 minute strength training video later in the day. I know I will be traveling Thursday through Saturday, so I plan to get extra exercise in the first few days of the week. I want to meet my weekly exercise goal of 267 minutes per week, so I need to do extra Sunday through Wednesday. I have a good plan in place and I know I will be successful.
