1. Consistently take medication
***a. Levimer 2x @95u/Novolog 3x@10+ per meal
***b. Metformin, Simvastatin, Loratadine, Escitalopram
***c. Vitamin, Calcium, Flaxseed
2. Test fasting blood sugar daily
3. Read the Bible daily
4. Water 64+ daily
5. Veggie 2x+ per day
6. Fruit 2x per day
7. Track/Journal all daily
8. Walk daily 10+ minutes
9. Curves 3X @ 30 minutes (Wkly)
10. Zumba 2X @ 55-60 Minutes (Wkly)
11. Have A1c at 6.8 (3-6 months)
12. Lose 50+ pounds (1 yr)

Sparkpeople January Jumpstart Workout Challenge
1. Do 1 SparkPeople workout video 1 time per day
2. Track your food for 1 whole day at least 3 times per week
3. Exercise for at least 10 minutes per day
