Goals for January

I ended up really not doing very well in 2011. I actually ended up gaining 8 pounds for the year. For January I am going to go back to the basics.

1. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
2. Do 30 minutes of more intense cardio at least 3 times a week, not just walking.
3. Track my intake every day
4. Eat 5 serving of fruit/veggies a day
5. Lay off the evening grazing of junk
