My thoughts:
Not too bad I suppose. Like always, I wish there was more lost. I still haven't gotten into the mindset that I've already reached a fairly healthy point for my body so I'm not going to see much weight loss on the scale because I'm building muscle too. I'm going to need to figure out when I'm going to take the Bod Pod test again so that I can really see where I'm at.
