New Year's Resolutions

1. Lose weight. I want to reach 175 by year end. This is doable. Even without paying attention the last month or so, I'm still under 200 (198.8 this morning, despite constipation) so I think I can easily do 2 pounds a month.
2. Log into sparkpeople daily. This will be harder. I always forget the weekends.
3. 10000 steps/day. I took December off my step counting, too, but I had gotten to 10000/day, and I'm going right back to it. Starting today.
