2012...A new year, a new me

2012 is here...no fanfare or even seeing midnight for this girl. I didn't see the ball drop or watch Dick Clark. The year started anyway and it is going to be an even better year than 2011.

I have a few goals and I won't call them resolutions. Resolutions don't stick...goals are worked towards!

I will go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
I will track my food 5 days out of 7 days a week.
I will try to get 8 hours of sleep each night.
I will attend all Peer to Peer classes as either a mentor or support person.
I will continue to pay down credit card debt by making more than the minimum payment each month for at least 10 months this year.
I will go to all appointments with my doctor.
I will lose 25 more pounds by December 2012.

I think that is a good list. It is doable and realistic.

I am going to try very hard to look back at this list of goals. I will also print it and have it on my refrigerator to look at every day! Remember, out of sight, out of mind!




emoticon So here is day 1. My first spark people thing to do this year is to score the 25 pound challenge on the team I am a co-leader. I did not participate in the challenge. I will also start the new challenge for Jan. - March and get it listed on the forum.

2012 looks to be a good year! I will continue my personal journey and wish you the best on yours!! emoticon

    Your list is very doable and I know that you can do it!! Sticking it on the fridge is a great way to get yourself motivated. Seems like your day 1 of the new year is starting off great!!
