was finally able to catch up on my work out log.
this year i ran a total of 1965 miles and worked out a total of 440 hours.
not to bad for having a knee injury for 6+ months. =]
lets aim for at least 2500 miles and 500 hours in 2012.
additionally- lets get back down to 120-125.
what's your fitness goal for the new year?
training plan for the next few weeks:
1. 40-50 miles/week (lower due to kick boxing)
2. kick boxing 5 days/week
3. yoga 2-3 days/week
4 abs/PT 3 days/week
i would really like to be running a few more miles than that but with kick boxing so much more over the next few weeks i figured i'd better take it easy on my knee- it really shouldn't be a problem but i can tell it's not as strong as it was before.
