Zumbro 100 Training Blog: Week 7

No diet this week either. I mean, i am still eating tons of veggies, beans and rice. But family is in ton and thus, everyone wants to go out to eat and such. Anyways, I only lifted weights twice as this is my biggest non-race mileage week ever and I wanted to approach it with caution.
On a side note, I have around 70 some consecutive Alcohol Free days. I have decided to enjoy every streak I can get with that issue.
Here are the miles (first listed are am, followed by pm):
Monday - 9 @ 8:45, 6 @ 8:25
Tuesday - 11 @ 8:15
Wednesday - Two tempo runs -
9 in AM with 6 @ 6:54 's , 9 in PM with 6 @ 6:50's
Thursday - 10 @ 9:00, 6 @ 8:50
Friday - 16 @ 7:45
Saturday - 19 @ 9:30 with hills.
There it is. 95 miles. I got two solid days off and then ALL easy miles next week!!
